What do you need to success?
· Completed studies (university or technical college) in one of the areas listed: mathematics, economics, business, finance, or accounting
· The first experience in one of the following areas is welcome: Pricing, Customer Service, planning, operations
· Experience in the packaging industry would be an advantage
· Experience in production would be an advantage
· Commercial mindset and awareness
· Experience in a similar role but not essential
· Fluent in English and German languages (min. B2)
· Presentation/communication skills (written and verbal)
· Technical mindset
· Negotiation and influencing abilities
· Competent in using Microsoft Excel
· Demonstrate logical, lateral, and analytical thinking
· Organized and methodical with the ability to prioritize
